我于今年元旦在福汇外汇投资入金9000美金，
该公司做代操(代理的是福汇外汇平台)，
当初约定账户亏损大于本金的25%的时候必须停止（由于我当时在国外，没有签过协议，只有QQ记录），
我期间三次查账，其中第三次亏损严重，达到5600(三月初，亏损已经达到了38%),我当即停止账户操作，
当时由于我个人工作比较忙，又急于补回损失，在一个福汇业务员的介绍下转账户到了另一个福汇投资（三月初）说能帮我挽回损失,再入金5600美金，
结果到了5月30号,我的外汇账户直接被爆仓了，在之前我同样约定损失大于25%的时候必须停止操作，而期间我没有得到任何的通知，我几次查询账户情况，福汇的负责人均以各种理由推脱（恶意赚取佣金），在我知道账户情况后询问，该事件负责人态度强硬声明不承担任何责任，我该如何挽回我的损失
